It will take another decade until I'll be able to hang my hammock in my own home-grown palm trees. But this summer they grew bigger and bigger. Their roots grew against the walls and bottom of their pots. Time for new bigger plant pots! I put them in these giant synthetic plant pots from Elho. I love that these Pure cilinder high plant pots look so sleek, but the best thing: they are super light weight so I can change their position according to my mood. Just what I need for upcoming Urban Jungle Bloggers editions too!
This is what they look like outside in our garden:
If you sometimes buy synthetic plant pots at your garden center or hardware store, there's a big chance that you actually own some Elho plant pots, because they come in all different kinds of shapes and colors. If you take a picture of your Elho plant pots and share it on Instagram with the hashtag #myelho you can win a gift pack worth 250€.
Can you tell that my Pure planters are actually handmade? While they have a super smooth and matte finish, you can see that they were handmade because of small irregularities. The entire Pure collection is made from polyethylene and suitable for temperatures between -30°C and 40°C. Which means I can keep them outside the entire year… although I think they look nice in our entry hall too.
Grow palm trees, grow! I'm sure they will enjoy the bigger planters as much as I do: more space to grow strong roots and healthy leaves. Look how these giant plant pots make my plants look like sculptures:
Voilà, what do you think? Do you have any big plants at home? If you prefer keeping it small, or don't have a lot of space for houseplants, you can still win a set of stylish airplants and wooden cubes in my giveaway! Good luck!
Full disclaimer: Elho sent me these giant plant pots so I could style them for their new My Elho platform. No strings attached. Because I sincerely love my new planters, I'm blogging about them today.

Hi Judith! These pots are so cool! They look great in your interior and compliment it so well. I used to have a few big plants but found it hard to find pots large enough to hold them. Fabulous job on giving those big beauties a nice place to live ;) Your house is just gorgeous! Sending big hug to you from all of us here xoxo
